A truly usable palette implement, unlike MOJANG'S global palette implement, this implement is a local palette(store in a chunk segment 16x16x16), it allow store nbttag in blocks, whaterver the nbttag is, and the palette store MC's BLOCKID,BLOCKMETADATA,BLOCKLIGHT,SKYLIGHT in the nbttag already(at superfalt world type it reduce aboud 4000 bytes pre chunk segment)
1.Compatibility It now can't work with forge, or others because it is a coremod, you have to replace the class files in minecraft.jar, it may cause great trouble, and IT ISN'T USER FRIENDLY
2.About Minecraft Version, the mod now can only work with mc1.7.10, but move it to mc1.8 or mc1.13 or others isn't very difficult
This mods provides a way to store NBTTag in blocks, TileEntity? I know, but it isn't the best solution for store NBTTag in blocks, first it is a littile heavy, second it will cause performance problems if you use it always
Or use the metadata? it can only hold 4bits...
So what happend to the mod? I want to get some suggestions.
For sure this mod has it's shortcomings, if there a chunk segment(16x16x16) is so 'colorful'(But it is rare), it may cause performance problems
