Welcome to the Crafting Challenge. (Name & logo pending; suggestions?)
Info
This map is mostly complete, I would just like some play-testers before I fully release it to other sites. This map can be played single or multiplayer. The premise of this map is to test your (and your friends') knowledge of the crafting system. Play casually or competitively, many customization options.
Details
This map tests your knowledge of the crafting system. Each round you will be prompted with an item name, you must provide the recipe for that item, or say there is none. If playing multiplayer, players can select an item to essentially challenge the other players with it. Be careful, however; if you choose an item that you don't know the recipe to, everyone else receives an extra point! Play for as many rounds as you like (as many as there are items). Determine who knows vanilla Minecraft better. This map is easily updated with new items, so if an update comes out (woot woot caves & cliffs), I can add all the new items so the map can still be up-to-date!
Extras
This map has support for translation (although it probably won't be popular enough to incentivize the work put in to make that so...) The Crowdin link will be available soon if you would like to help translate. In addition, If you would like to add your own items (maybe use mods, idk if that would work, but it should), it isn't too difficult. If it is highly requested, I may make a video to explain how to do so.
Play-testing!
If you would like to play-test, the link is below. Play with as many people as possible. I was able to play-test with only two. 5 or more would be extremely helpful. Expect issues or bugs. If you encounter one, please post about it here. If possible, record a video to show it (if you know how to reproduce it, that would make it easier to fix). Recording the entire time you play would help to catch a bug as it happens (so I may be able to reproduce), so if possible, that would be the best option. If a recipe is counted incorrect when you know it isn't, all I should need is a screenshot of the recipe you put in and the item name (screenshot the text that shows when you press "Restate", if you're not sure. Be sure it is correct; if you say Grass, that means the block you break to get seeds, Grass Block is the full block.) Playing on LAN should be simple, just send the other people the resource pack, which I will also put below. The resource pack isn't needed for host/singleplayer as it is built-in to the map files. If using a dedicated server, in server.properties there are options for "enable-command-block" and "resource-pack". Set them to "true" and "http://download1493.mediafire.com/l1o6qgij99xg/6siazffmxb7uxz2/CraftPack.zip" respectively (I think that's how resource packs work on dedicated servers. If not, let me know). (or you can send them the resource pack as well, either works).
