Intended, piglins can open wooden doors. So, place iron doors with a button.

You could also use trapdoors or put a slab in the door way, that way you have to crouch to get into your house, but you won't be able to keep baby piglins out this way. Tail1 is right, fence gates are probably the best way to keep the piglins out.
My goto method for keeping mobs out while being able to pass through quickly and easily is to use a sty, build a fence, place a block on top with ladders on either side. Then to get in run up to the sty, hop and press forward.
I haven't been to the Nether in 1.16 yet but I have no reason to think that piglins will have a better grasp of ladders than other mobs.
Apparently you can get iron in the Nether, by trading with piglins, but that doesn't sound like it's an option in your current situation.
Or just use the “open door” glitch, in which you place the door sideways, and then “open” it to block the passage. The door is open, so the mobs which open doors don't try to open it, but it still blocks the entrance. It's just a common survival tool when you are in hard mode and zombies can try to destroy doors, but if the are “open”, they don't.
I don't know if this work with piglins, it has to be tested.

The trapdoor method is foolproof (keeps small mobs out) if you use two trapdoors. Open the bottom one, step on it, then open the top one to crawl through. Close them behind you when you are halfway through. The same setup is on the other side so you can exit. Admittedly, a gate is just as effective and simpler for keeping piglins out, but I prefer the trapdoor method for locking villagers in houses because I don't want the villagers to escape when I open the gate.
Hey! I just been killed by Piglin in my house!
I ran from him inside my Nether shelter, and closed the door. But he opened it!!
And just slaughtered me inside my own house.
Is it bug, or something?
It is impossible to survive in the Nether, if Piglins are able to walk through closed dors!
Is this a bug? I kinda get the feeling this was intentional.

I play full-Nether-survival. I don`t have any items from Overworld. I play Nether as a new game.
All items I have are crafted of Nether ingredients. There is no iron in Nether - so I cant make iron doors.
Be creative mate. Use fence gates for example.

Piglins have feelings too, let them use doors!

Just testing.

You could also decorate the area outside your Nether shelter with soul fire (campfire, torches, lanterns). The piglins should then keep away entirely.
