i have near no food supplies exept for wheat,so when i discovered a swamp biome with loads of cows, sheep, pigs and rabbits when getting lost while getting wood. i decided to after using a boat to get back to my shoddy safe house with no roof,i decided to relocate. i have a non enchanted diamond pick,a iron pick ,an iron sword,26 ladders,2-3 stacks of redstone, a iron chestplane and leggings.sme glostones, minecarts ,rails, levers, buttons, and redstone torches, some gold,10 obsidian for a portal, near 1 stack of iron,a lava and watersome pistons, slimeballs and mushrooms a bed, and(of cource)seeds.
my new choosen place has a vally, spawns alot of mobs(nearly died), and is a 10 min boat ride away.
Generally, anything that can be easily replaced, like levers and buttons, I don't bother bringing with me when relocating. I also usually leave a few essentials at the old location, if I can spare them, so if I'm ever in that area again, and in trouble, it's available. The rest of that sounds like things that might have taken a lot of time to acquire, so I would definitely bring them. Sounds like you could do it all in two or three trips.
Relocations, especially on single-player, are iffy. I would suggest staying close to world spawn.
Certain farms, you wanna build in the spawn chunks.
Should you die after taking away last bed you slept in, you will pop out at world spawn. Might not want a long trek to your base to re-equip.
If lost, a compass always points to world spawn. Sure, can use coordinates, but '0.0' is easier to remember.
If the new area is mostly a boat ride away you can easily bring animals to your base for breeding. And if you got slime balls, grab some string from spiders and make leads. Animal relocation with leads is a snap.

i have 0 animals, and spider spawns are rare in my original place
You've probably already moved, but I would wear the armor and take the diamond pickaxe, sword, stack of iron, a block of redstone (merging stacks of iron, lapis, gold, coal and iron into blocks is a good way to save inventory space), glowstones, obsidian, and rails if you plan to make a railroad someday. You don't need mushrooms because they should be plentiful in swamps. I think slimes are plentiful in swamps too. Wood would be nice, and wheat to breed livestock right away. Anything you can make right away in your new area you can leave behind. Make note of the old coordinates so you can find your way back.
I personally only build at spawn if the area is pleasing. I don't care about farms being located in a loaded chunk since I play singleplayer and never want for anything so I don't need automated farms or farms that constantly are loaded. However, for many players that is important, so you might consider keeping farms at spawn.
A ten minute boat ride is pretty far away, though.
If you are that serious when playing survival about making a farm in the spawn chunks then you have to keep the map loaded anyways in order for that to work which means you are AFKing anyways... so why not explore around more and have some fun? The spawn chunks thing only works on a server and often those chunks are claimed by the admins so you cannot make farms in those chunks to gain an advantage.

What is the biome of your current/past home? Swamps have many advantages over the average biome but they are also time-consuming to get through.
I would take building supplies and vital basic stuff on your first tour, build your home, and come back later for the rare stuff.
so i followed your advice an started moving. then i boated straight into the void . is it a problem that can be solved by reloging ?
Try that, yes. Quit world and return, if not then restart launcher, if not then log out and back in.
You may want to backup your world before doing anything else.
