Yes integrated graphics will never be as good as a dedicated card. I think his point is the GPU isn't being utilized when he looks at it in his control panel. What most people don't realize is how the CPU can also be a bottle neck with minecraft and when you take into consideration that integrated grapics is ran by the CPU you're compounding the problem.

One thing that is certainly not an issue is the amount of memory allocated, with less than a third of the total (294 out of 1011 MB) being allocated; I mention this because the number one suggestion to improve performance is to allocate insane amounts of RAM to the game, as if RAM itself is what processes and renders data.
Also, using a higher render distance than the server is set to is wasteful and will not give you a higher view distance (you can turn fog off if you are trying to push fog past the edge of loaded chunks); your render distance is set to 15 chunks yet the chunk cache says there are only 226 chunks loaded, which is more like 7-8 chunks (see table here, the actual number of loaded chunks depends on player position).
You can also try enabling VBOs, in video settings, and see if that helps; VBOs improve performance by reducing the amount of data sent to the GPU, thus improving performance when the bottleneck is between the CPU and GPU, although since integrated graphics use system memory instead of dedicated VRAM this may not help in your case.
Intel graphics card is a poor choice for playing minecraft. I can only suggest giving it more RAM or close other programs in the background
RAM is not an issue, MC is only using 29% of 20%(203MB out of 1011MB) of the RAM it is allowed to use. He barely has anything going on in the background, the issue is probably his MC settings.

Why am I not surprised to see "allocate more RAM!" meme pop up just minutes after I posted that it was the most overused suggestion to improve performance?
Fun fact - even the memory that I allocate, 768 MB (742 in-game) is just barely enough to run 32 chunk render distance (actual 32 chunks, note that 4,225 chunks are loaded); not that I'd play like this with only 10 FPS before all the chunks had rendered, which would kill my 256 MB VRAM GPU and crash the game due to the 2 GB process space being exceeded (even Far render distance can give me a "Minecraft has run out of memory" screen when I use the default 1 GB, hence the warning seen in 1.6.4 and older versions if you have 32 bit Java and/or OS - this is NOT due to not having enough memory allocated though (ironically, too much, hence allocating less than 1 GB; even with this the entire Java process uses 1.3-1.4 GB after reaching steady-state), Far only loads 1/4 as many chunks as 32 chunks and I've seen the screen come up with only 30% of the memory being used. Far will also max out dedicated VRAM after a while and cause severe FPS drops):
(this is also on a modded game, as mods are often claimed to require 64 bit computers and multiple gigs of RAM, likely due to sloppy coding and/or Forge being inefficient due to how it integrates mods into the game; I do not see any difference in memory usage compared to vanilla)
please help me
Delete **** from your computer, download OptiFine, and turn all of the things to the fastest setting.

If you look closely he has optifine.
Is this a server or singleplayer? Is there any extensive redstone machinery around? What FPS do you get in a completely new world?

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..

Cast aside your festive doylaks: dragon stuff is about to happen.
Multiplayer is lonely once you understand how it actually works.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
