If the uninstaller above doesn't work, your best course of action would be to reinstall Windows completely.
Run the program, choose "I accept", then "Do a scan and save a log file". After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, put the log on http://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.

McAffee can be tricky to remove, but instructions are available; please see this page. (The relevent stuff probably starts at "Step 1: Remove using Windows")
The problem might not be McAffee (although it often is). If you're still having trouble, please post the entire log (CTRL-A to 'select all', CTRL-C to copy) - but please put it in a "spoiler" on here (click the ! icon).
Thanks for the reply, but the McAfee uninstaller didn't work out. Here's the report:

I'm not sure I want to completely uninstall windows. Isn't there some sort of software you can use to wipe a program from your computer?
Trend Micro HijackThis is a utility that is used to collect diagnostic reports of your computer to help narrow down an issue you may be having. Download: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/files/2.0.5 beta/HijackThis.exe/download

Uninstall AVG. Mcafee leaved some traces there, what error did the uninstaller give?
