OBS can really kill performance. Go try downloading fraps (its made for XP, Vista and 7, but in most cases works on 8, 8.1 and 10). http://www.fraps.com/download.php
I would not recommend using Fraps, it's file sizes are far too large and hits performance way more than OBS.

It is upsetting how I cannot record a decent video, since Minecraft runs 200 FPS during the recording, and when I watch it, it is like 10 FPS!
I do not get why it is doing this, please help!

Could this be because I have 32 Bit OBS Studio?
did you set the framerate in the video section of the settings?
You need to show your EMERALDS for approval.
