Okay so I want to host a Minecraft Java Server (PaperMC) on my PC. I setted up the server easily with no issues. And I hit the wall when it was time to Port Forward. I am an expert at Port Forwarding, I port forwarded my friends Minecraft Servers but couldnt Port Forward my own server. It was that I reserved a static ip then allowed the 25565 port through my firewall. (TCP and UDP) then went to my routers page to port forward. I port forwarded both TCP and UDp will 192.168.1.155 (My PC's IPV4) and hit enter, and after a restart I couldnt join my server. I could join it using my local address (IPV4) and using "localhost" but couldnt join it using my public IP. My friends couldnt join it either. I went to a port testing site but it said that it was filtered. It meant that "A port is marked as "filtered" when the packets are sent to that port, however packet filtering (e.g., firewall) prevents the packets from reaching that port.". I swear I have the firewall set right and I dont know what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated.
Sadly didn't worked. My friends were not able to join. I can join the server on my PC that m,eans firewall is correct just the port forward doesn't works. Can someone help?

You've checked the router's firewall. Is there a firewall running on the PC that hosts the server?
Didn't I said that I allowed the port 25565 on both protocols through my PC's firewall
Temporarily completely disable your firewall and try again.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE?????
If you cannot portforward properly there are other solutions, like a dedicated server host or minecraft realms.
Can you tell me a good dedicated server host
I would go with realms as they are the easiest to setup.
