I have a small Minecraft server (around 6 active users) and until earlier today it was almost entirely lag free. Today I changed the world file to a new world but everyone who joined had extremely bad block lag (destroying blocks and having them be replaced instantly) and then after a few minutes the server crashed (crash logs attached) I restarted the server two more times only for it to crash both times. Because of this I changed max-tick-time in server.properties to 120000 and it stopped the crashes but the lag was still terrible. So I then switched the world file back to the old one thinking this ould resolve the issue but still, there was massive lag. I looked at my CPU usage and it was 100%. I dont know what caused this as everything was completely fine, no lag until I switched world files at which point no worlds worked anymore.
Any help is appreciated.

Go to server.properties and set
max-tick-time to -1
This will prevent these type of lag-crash
Increase the -Xmx value to 2048M or 3072M
