Hey! So me and a friend of mine we're trying to play minecraft on a LAN server about a year ago, we haven't played in a while (probably since 1.7.2+ era) and i decided to create a LAN server with hamachi, now i know all the stuff with firewalls, antiviruses, portforwarding, restarting the settings of my router and doing a whole format of my pc, disabling every possible security thingy and adding java/hamachi to in/outbound rules i've tried probably nearly everything and nothing would work, eventually it did but only for couple of days and i think it worked because we turned off "real time protection" in the windows 10 settings but as i said, after few days it stopped working and we bought a server. Few months went by and i tried again to make a server cause me and my friend really wanted to play, well after alot of digging i figured out that the problem was with the versions of minecraft for some unknown to me reason, turns out every version from 1.12.1 and below works just fine but 1.12.2(including snapshots) and above doesn't. I didn't find any major fixes or updates that happened in the 1.12.2 version and so here's my question, does anyone know how to fix it or at least knows where to search for some kind of explanation or a fix?
I see, well i will try to do that even tho i have tried it in the past, is there any information on what was changed in the 1.12.2(including snapshots) apart from the changelogs?

Get rid of hamachi, set up a dedicated server and portforward properly.
By dedicated server you mean to buy one?
You could do that or host your own dedicated server.
I see, well i will try to do that even tho i have tried it in the past, is there any information on what was changed in the 1.12.2(including snapshots) apart from the changelogs?
I tried making a dedicated server and it didn't work.
It didn't work doesn't tell us anything. Tell us exactly what happens and what error message you get.
I could normally connect but my friend couldn't
It simply said: Cant reach the server
Which IP are you giving your friend?
my public ip, tried also the private ip 192....
Private won't do anything. Use canyouseeme.org to test your portforwarding.
Should i leave "Port to Check:" as it is?
