I have tried everything I can think of. I have triple checked that the port (25565) has been let in through windows firewall and my network provider. disabled any firewalls/anti-virus protection software that could be interfering with it. had a static route set up and thought it would solve it but nope. I am completely stumped, I have no idea what to show or where to go from here. Just want my stuff to work again. All I know is that I was running one of my paper severs got the notification on the sever itself to update to java 11 with OpenJDK, then when I got back from holiday everything stopped working. so I uninstalled it. I don't think that's the case though, I'm just running out of ideas. I've also triple checked my public IP to make sure it didn't change or something like that.
Also my spigot sever won't work either so it's not just my paper severs.
it is the right log the sever loads up and it start up fine. I think I may have confused you with what I really wanted I apologize for that i wasn't clear whatsoever. The severs all start up and connect fine but my issue is that no one from outside my household can join my severs. My external IP doesn't work.
I had to completely disable windows firewall to get mine to work, which is fine for my use case because I don't use the computer that runs my server for literally anything else but it's not exactly secure

Add the logs of it
Use paste.ubuntu.com
I'm not sure if this is what you wanted me to do but I put the latest log of the spigot sever into the website you said.
https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/WpwnXPJQMM/plain/
Is this the right log?
It shows a 1.14.4 Craftbukkit Server
This one starts without any issues
