so, i got a new internet line, from the same company. but, after i changed it still didnd work. i did the port forward correct and repited it 20 times (after changing to the new local ip), i got the new server ip from my new external ip, i checked that the server is running, there are still the firewall rules.
the localhost is still working. i really cant see the problem, can someone help?

It means that i can't play with my friends
The normal ip, i cant connect to the server with the new ip... nobody can.
ho, i didn't know that i couldn't connect with the ip... i'll check it
it is not working
no buddy can log in exept me (with localhost)
Then you didn't portforward properly or your firewall/antivirus is blocking the connection.
I checked a thousend times and I'm 100% sure that my data is correct...
I'm trying to use ngrok but it's taking a long time because i need to find the correct JRE edition... I'm pretty sure it is 8...
For ngrok issues ngrok people would be more suitable to turn to.
