Hello. I am running a modded Minecraft server on my home PC. It is running on a Ryzen 5 1600x and 16gb of system memory. The server pushes the error out when it fully initializes: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 6359ms behind, skipping 127 tick(s).

Here is the link to the most recent crash log https://pastebin.com/embed_js/LgVsD9k8
I also uploaded the log files to dropbox (Pastebin cannot hold over 10,000 lines of code) so here it is: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/x3yf4b3xddots9z/AAC4A-fJhtUyhlYW0AfdS3vba?dl=0
Thanks for any help
245 mods? You will have to assign a lot more RAM for that.
I have increased the memory but whenever someone connects, they disconnect withing 60 seconds.
If your machine can't handle the amount of mods, maybe decrease the amount?
