Used /kick earlier today to get afk friend off of server, and he couldn't rejoin afterwards, even though I was still playing on it. Tried resetting the server several times, restarted my pc, banned/unbanned him twice. Now no one can join the server. I've used /kick dozens of times before and have never run into this problem. I can still open the server and get on, and in the multiplayer server menu it shows '0/20' for me, with full connectivity. I'm really lost on what to do, and I couldn't find any other posts on any forum/help with similar problems. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
It can't see it apparently. I deleted the port forward I had before, made a new one with the same specifications, and a friend was able to log on for a bit before getting off manually. When she tried to get on again, it didn't work. I port forwarded once more, and that also didn't work.

Why can't they join?
In the server menu, the server just shows up as 'Pinging...'
Can they join regardless? Can they join other servers fine?
Yes, other servers can be joined by them, and I can also join other servers. They can't join my server even while it's pinging
Use canyouseeme.org to test your portforwarding.

Did you set your local IP address to be static?
