That's right... A power outage happened and since my IP was on dynamic, it changed when electricity came back; I knew that and did the whole port forwarding thing again just like before except this time my friends couldn't join my server. That was weird since internet worked fine and I could still join using my internal IP or localhost so I went ahead and rebooted the router, did the same thing all over again and... nothing. Then the madness began: I reset the router, called the ISP (which fixed some issues regarding download speed tho), disabled any kind of firewall/security still standing, port forwarded on various ports, even reserved an address, googled the issue but nothing worked for me (tried deleting the ip from properties). And remember, everything was working before the power outage. What am I to do guys? server opens up fine and I can join it but nobody else can and neither can I from the external IP

You're not supposed to be able to join with the external IP. Use canyouseeme.org to test your portforwarding.
oh, yes, no port forward check says it's not open
Then you're good to go.
wdym? they all say the port is closed
closed. my bad sorry
Which antivirus are you using?
none. Windows Defender theoretically but it's disabled.
