i've got the server running i've gotten people on it from inside the network but it wont let people from outside connect. i've already port forwarded 25560 to 27000 UDP and TCP.and turned off my firewall

Then either you didn't portforward properly or your firewall/antivirus is blocking the connection.

call your ISP, sometimes they block it themselves. Unfortunately if that is the case they may also charge you to unblock it (but they might not!)

thanks that probably what it is i was told that the costumer fair use poilicy forbids server hosting. and tried to sell me 100 dollar a month dedicated server
