So I have set a home made 1.14.4 minecraft server. I made a static IP on my router and on my computer. I did the port forwarding on 25565 and also I added this as an exception to my firewall. I launch my server, I give my public address to my friend and for them it is not working.. I also tried to completely turn off the fire wall and still.. Do you have any suggestions on what could be the problem here? Thanks in advance
As I see from your screenshot, your WAN ip is not a public IP (10.*), so it's possible that you can't portforward from internet.
Get your ip from a site (e.g. whatismyip.com works) and use the site I mentioned before to see if the port is forwarded. If you don't have a dedicated IP you can't portforward.

Check with an open port tool if the port is really open on your public ip... for instance this is my first search term and it works: https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
It says it's not open, but in real it is open.. So I don't get it.. My ipv4 address is 192.168.0.150. I opened 25565 on TCP and UDP with this ipv4
Here is a link to them:

I have two routers. And I am on a computer with a wifi usb stick as you will see it on the picture
And yes, the server is running when I test the ports
