I've downloaded and installed the latest Java for my platform (jdk-13.0.1_osx-x64) from Oracle. I'm running macOS 10.14.6.
I've downloaded the latest server.jar from Minecraft.net (minecraft_server.1.15.1.jar) and have it in it's own directory.
I follow the install instructions from Minecraft.net (java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.1.15.1.jar nogui) and get the following message.
[16:20:44] [main/INFO]: You need to agree to the EULA in order to run the server. Go to eula.txt for more info.
There's jack squat on the server download page for additional information, but apparently a bunch of files are suppose to be created, one of which is an eula.txt file I need to edit to accept the terms.
First, the downloaded file is called server.jar, not minecraft_server.1.15.1.jar. And I've obviously tried with the actual file name.
Next, no additional files are created. None. I have full read/write access to the folder the server.jar file is installed and I've tried with and without sudo.
What am I missing. All the results I find when trying to google this just come back with a bunch of people saying it should just work.

Finally! Thanks!
Someone should tell the minecraft dev's they need to fix their server download/install page with better instructions.
