I can connect with my localhost ip but external ip isn't working
nothing is on my server-ip=
canyouseeme.org and ipfingerprints.com says port 25565 is open,
my port forward are correct with them leading to my internal ip address of my pc,
im using dynamic dns, noip.com
firewall is off and even if its on, all the ports and java applications there are allowed.
i asked my isp to move me away from CGNET
nothing is blocked on my netgear settings.

i have been looking at several threads related to these issues across several sites and they don't give me a result.
someone from a different location was able to connect to my server however, another individual was not able to, even me from my own home with external address
