I have downloaded the server package for the Technic Modpack "The 1.7.10 Pack" and I extracted and attempted to run it. I got this error
[16:16:16] [Server thread/INFO] [FML/]: The state engine was in incorrect state ERRORED and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded.

I have tried setting some forge settings to true after reading on the GitHub that it would fix it, but it did not work I tried these below

Setting these true or false does nothing in terms of what the output of the log is. I am new to modded server hosting but not to vanilla server hosting

Post the fml log using paste.ubuntu.com so people don't have to download stuff.
