I've followed several tutorials on the internet, but none of them matched what my router settings page looks like.
Can someone help me how to port forward a D-Link DSL-2740U to play on a minecraft server?
I've tried doing it, but it doesn't work when I try to connect to a server with my public IP and the port 25565, which it should work but it doesn't.
It only works on my local IP
Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Someone help me pls
I'm using windows 10 v1903
Minecraft 1.14.4 CraftBukkit
You watched a crappy tutorial if it told you that you could connect with your public IP to a server running on the same machine. Use canyouseeme.org to test your portforwarding.
