Ok so me and my friends have been playing on a server that i host (3 players with me) and all of a sudden the world started lagging, like it was fine and then i just alt tab to look at something for 2 minutes and after that there's this massive lag that i can't get rid of.
I've tried to get rid of it for at least 2 weeks and nothing.
I did a "debug start" and "debug stop" in console and this is what it said:
[19:49:25] [Server thread/WARN]: Something's taking too long! 'root.tick.levels.world minecraft:overworld.tick.entities.regular' took aprox 120.462791 ms
[19:49:25] [Server thread/WARN]: Something's taking too long! 'root.tick.levels.world minecraft:overworld.tick.entities' took aprox 122.001351 ms

[19:49:25] [Server thread/WARN]: Something's taking too long! 'root' took aprox 133.632 ms
And in the console it just always says:
[19:49:54] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 38327ms or 766 ticks behind
[19:51:01] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 36458ms or 729 ticks behind

I couldn't find anything for it, i gave it 4GB of ram and i tried all of the run.bat commands that i could fine nothings working.
in your task manager you can see what the problem is, if ur cpu is jumping to 100, the cpu isnt good enough, in task manager you can also see how much ram ur server is using at that time, could also be disk issue? not sure. maybe to many mobs since you said it worked fine before?
So my computer doesn't have any problem running the server, no problem at all, and the mobs aren't a problem either beucase i have used a plugin in the past for the same server in order to get rid of lag and i did clear a lot of entities, after that it was fine for some time and then it started to lag a LOT more than before, i have tried the same trick but nothing, it was the same.
And here i am now, still can't understand the problem.
Alright so this is the most dumb thing that i have seen with minecraft.
Let's just say that my TPS on server without players was about 7-8 now i moved the server from 1.14.4 to 1.14.2 and my TPS is at 20 with 2 players in..

I have got a ryzen 5 2400G with 16GB of ram and a radeon rx 470 8GB with a 1TB HDD.
But i told you i had no problem before with it, it just happend all of a sudden,
And yes i do play minecraft and host the server on the same PC.
But even if i don't have the game open and i only have the server with no one on it, it still says "server overloaded"
