I'm trying to create a MC server on my media server. When I run this script (java -Xmx2048M -Xms1024M -jar server.jar nogui pause) I get an error (shown below).
Accept the eula first by changing "FALSE" to "TRUE" in eula.txt then send the actual server.log here.
Although the eula.txt you posted is already true. Are you sure you posted the latest server.log?

The server.log I posted is the latest. The eula.txt was among the first things I changed when trying to get this running.
Try using Minecraft Launcher's Java Runtime instead. Type this on your cmd without the quotes while on the directory where your server.jar is located
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\runtime\jre-x64\bin\java.exe -Xmx2048M -Xms1024M -jar server.jar nogui pause"

I don't have minecraft installed on this PC. I didn't think it was a requirement to run a minecraft server.

Well, I installed Minecraft just for fun to test this. Here is what happened when I ran that script from the server folder: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/3WY2kgBwWf/
I thought that the spaces in the file path may be the issue, so I deleted them and tried again. I don't know if deleting the spaces in the file path is a novice mistake or not. It couldn't hurt to try.
Minecraft Launcher has an Java Runtime compatible to most systems. So if you haven't installed the launcher, the command wouldn't work. But since you said you just installed
Try again the command I posted but with double quotes. I mean, exactly like this

Thank you for your help and time.

Can you post the entire server log using paste.ubuntu.com to prevent huge text walls like above?
https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/rZt9wRV2X6/
We need the actual server log.
Server Log: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/DwcNp4wzKq/
Latest Log: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/R2MNcntN9j/
eula.txt: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/Nsg8fRSvBr/
Server Properties: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/SftHhNsR2m/
It seems do be pointing at nvidia drivers, which makes no sense on the server, but post a dxdiag log http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/pixel-format-not-accelerated/support/
DxDiag: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/wXX5R3F8nQ/
Any ideas?

My bad, I didnt saw the latest log.
What happens when you try to type "java -version" without quotes on cmd? Does it return an error?
I think the problems relies on your java installtion as the problematic frame is at jvm.dll+0x4297a6.
Im not an expert on this field but I'm learning

To be honest, minecraft launcher is not a requirement for this. Just for testing java installations

Thank you for continuing to help me, Glockzyy. I hope that I'm executing your requests correctly.
Edit: I adjusted the command to this because there is no file path for c:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\java.exe
Here is what I input:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\java.exe" -Xmx2048M -Xms1024M -jar server.jar nogui pause
However, there is no folder inside the "jre-x64" called 1.8.0_25, so I adjusted again to this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\runtime\jre-x64\bin\java.exe" -Xmx2048M -Xms1024M -jar server.jar nogui pause
This time it didn't give me the, "The system cannot find the path specified" error. It tried to boot the server but returned an error.
