No matter what I do, the time is always stuck on day. I've checked the config file, I've checked my plugins. I can't find the reason why it is always daytime.
Weirdly enough, whenever I try the, "/time set midnight" command, for a second it turns nighttime, but as soon as I move, it turns back to daytime. I know it's not my client because all players on my server are having the same issue.
