Just tried setting up a server for the first time in a year or so (1.14.2), and my new router is giving me trouble when trying to port forward. Connecting locally is no problem so I know my issue is with my ports being closed. In my server.properties I have my port set as the default and server-ip as my local ipv4. There are some options in my router's port forwarding settings that I'm not familiar with that may be causing the issue, I'll attach an image of the settings I have been trying as well as the custom firewall exception I made. I have been trying to have others connect using my public ipv4 address with the suffix ":25565" and they get a standard timeout error message after failing to ping the server, and the server log doesn't show an attempt to connect.

Leave the server IP setting in server.properties blank. Did you make exceptions in your firewall?
