Recently I started a Sevtech Ages server, and everything was going well. My friend who is currently having trouble was originally able to play on my server. However, he died to a shoggoth, from abyssalcraft, and then he couldn't connect anymore. No matter how much I tampered with server settings, my modem, etc. I still cant get him back on. He simply times out every time, even after increasing the timeout time. Essentially he'll log in, and I can see him in the world, but he can't move or interact with anything. It shows everything loading server side, but after a few moments during the synchronizing of data, he times out.
Afterwards I attempted to delete all of his character files on the server, had him reinstall the mod pack and still nothing. After all of this I talked to the others and we all agreed to try a new server, we thought maybe something got corrupted, and so I backed up our old server and started a new one. Even with a brand new server I still can't get him to connect. I really have no worldly idea as to what is blocking him, but its become extremely frustrating so any ideas are appreciated. Ill be actively monitoring and responding on this thread.
Some side notes:
The friend that can't connect lives in South Australia, while everyone else lives in the west coast of the US.
My current internet provider is Comcast (I know they blow)
I also run the server running a wireless connection, which seemed sketchy, but actually runs pretty well.

Today he figured out its something on his end. Apparently he can't even connect to a public server.
