While I am not sure about a Windows MCMyAdmin server, on my Linux server I am using McMyAdmin Personal v2.7.0.2. Here is my Java section and I use 17GB of RAM.
Java.Path is the path to your java, Java.Memory is what you want to set to the memory you want McMyAdmin to use in MB. So for 4GB set it to 4096.
I don't use the Java.CustomOpts option as I find it is better to let McMyAdmin handle the Java settings.

Hello, I am running a minecraft server using my pc and i would like to assign more ram to my server as it's using 71% or 100% of a 1024MB
We are around 4 to 6 players playing in the server
I am using a 64bit Windows 10 Pro with 16 GB Ram and I would like to use at least 4 GB Ram
I added Java.CustomOpts=-server -Xms1024M -Xmx2048M to the Java in the Mcmyadmin.conf but it shows me 1024MB Ram usage
Hope someone can help me thank you !

Hello,
I had the same problem but this YouTube Video helped me
You can change "Java.Memory=1024" to whatever ram usage you want (it's in the "McMyAdmin.conf" File)
