I'm trying to host a server on my PC. It's a desktop with fairly high specs, performance should be no issue. Yet when I try to host a server with just 4 other people, I continuously get the 'server can't keep up!' message, and eventually the server crashes with the OutOfMemory error.
Memory shouldn't be an issue, though; I have 16GB of RAM on my computer and below is the command I am using to run the server:
Would any of you be able to share some insight as to what's going wrong? Below is one of the crash reports:

Can you confirm something for me please, on your computer, open up Control Panel and click on the first option, System and Security, from this new page click on the third option, System.
Under "System type:" - please write in response to this post, the full text it says to the right of System type.

You need 64-bit Java to allocate more than about 1.5 gigs of RAM.
