I'm moving a server that I temporarily set up on my Windows machine to my Linux server. I copied the files over, started up the server, but the world that loaded is a good three hours from where we left off. If I load up the world on my Window install, the world is up to date. It's not creating a new world on my Linux machine because there are some changes that were made, it just doesn't seem to have the current info. I tried using the save-all command on the windows machine before copying it over, but that didn't seem to help. I really have no idea what's going on because I've done this a few times in the past. Any suggestions? Thanks.
EDIT: It's a vanilla server, nothing fancy.
EDIT 2: I'm an idiot. My buddy was hosting the server originally, but it wasn't running well after the update, so I hosted. When I moved it to my server my sym link was wrong so the service didn't actually start, and I ended up connecting back to my buddy's server which was still running.
