Is this your first time portforwarding?
As the person above noted by "first time".
That error shows up if you either give the wrong IP. (Mistakes are a lot made by giving the local IP.)
To get your IP go to: Whatismyip.com
Or! Your port forwarding was done unsuccessfully!
Check your firewall and add the port 25565 for UDP and TCP
