I'm having an issue with others being able to log on to my minecraft server.
Before you say anything, no it is not a port forwarding issue because I never port forwarded, I actually used a software named uTorrent. I don't know why all of a sudden this isn't working. I have the correct port for uTorrent, which is 25565. I am the only one able to log on to my server using my ipv4 adress which is under the:
server-ip: ipv4 adress(not putting here for security reasons)
Now, I know putting the ipv4 on the server-ip adress field is most likely not the issue because putting my ipv4 adress on the server-ip adress field has worked in the past when I was running my old server. When I finally try to run the server again, I realize i'm the only one who can log in. Normally, people should be able to log in to my server through my ip adress on websites like ipchicken, which I have changed to a domain which is pixeldroid.us.to now. But, for some reason even when I try the server ip adress that I changed to the domain(pixeldroid.us.to) and my ip on ipchicken, none of them work. ONLY my ipv4 adress works, and only I can use it, kind of like localhost. All help is appreciated.
It was a firewall issue. Requesting lock from mod. Thanks.
uTorrent isn't port forwarding software, you gotta do that in your router settings...
I have NO clue where you got the idea to use uTorrent to port forward your Minecraft server, but I will tell you that is NOT the purpose of such software. I highly advise googling how to properly port forward your Minecraft server, and not using software that can be used in very, very bad ways.
I highly advise against using uTorrent for this. I recommend going to your router settings and just port forwarding the "proper" way, it's the best way to do it. If you really don't want to do that, try rebooting your router. Yes I know, but it seriously might fix it.

Check the video I have edited to the thread

Don't get hacked from punching holes in your firewall!
