Help! When I add more ram or use the cmd to run the mc server the port is closed! I used java -Xmx4G -Xms4G -jar forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10-universal.jar nogui

But when I open the jar file the server works but I need to add more ram to my server!

When I use the cmd the port is closed.

So when I run the forge .jar file the port works. When I use a .bat to open the .jar file the port is closed.

Yes, and the port is only closed when I use the cmd
