Ok, Ill start off by saying that I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this issue, so I just posted it where I found makes more sence.
Now, to the issue itself. I play on a vanilla minecraft server, (it has the usual convenience plugins like /home and stuff, but no add-ons to the gameplay), and I am working on making myself an underground lab. I have not done much on it before I noticed a huge fps drop when Im looking at the centre of the lab itself. My usual fps is around 90-110 but there it drops to 5-10 fps for no reason. There are no entities (exept for like 12 item frames) and the only redstone there are 2 piston doors. The rest of the lab is just an empty underground area (about 70 wide, 60 tall and 180 long) leading to void. I have tried messing with the video settings, allocating more memory to the game, but nothing works and I can't find the reason behind the fps drop. If anyone has any Idea I would be glad to hear it, and I'm thankful for any suggestions!
(And if I posted this thread in the wrong place, I apologise)
