Five free 4Gb servers for life is a lot just for doing a something so basic your host would prob do for free it is an auto installer script 5 mins max on a server that is configured properly.
but please note the free version of multicraft is only good for 1 serve with a player limit of 10 you would be much better off running your servers under something like screen which in much more flexable
I'll just tell you that namecheap does not support the remote SQL protocols required to host a Multicraft panel on it, it blocks the connection from the daemon to the panel. So it does not work.
For your knowledge, I have a dedicated server on Namecheap & I have asked them this question in the Live Chat support & they said I can do whatever I wanted to do.

I am not wanting to run a host, I am wanting to test it, So I can I do it in the future.
& I have contacting namecheap's support, Just waiting for their answer, I am pretty they are allowing it
You just have to ask them
EDIT> They Said, That I can do what ever I want on my dedicated server, Remote MySQL what so ever, The shared hosting plan doesn't allowed it.
