hmmmm, next time parse your yml before you start asking
PLEASE read through the stacktrace on your server log and decipher what's wrong before posting.
If you can't understand what's going wrong, you'll need to read any errors like this that your console spits out and fix them accordingly. With YAML, you need to watch out for Invalid Characters and Spacing Errors, such as the post above.
ALWAYS Read through your server.log before just randomly pasting the contents of your permissions file and asking for "HALP". Give relevant information if you're completely unsure on what to do next.
*NOTE*
This isn't a rant, just providing help with what you need to look out for later if/when things start going wrong.
Did my friend make a mistake in the permissions.yml? could someone help?
