As of late, I realize that some of my players have been whispering back and forth, and with the history and experience I have had (mostly bad), I would like to be able to view these messages in my console. I have a vanilla server through a hosting company, and have been able to come up with some pretty neat features, including staff titles, death counter, world border, etc. Is there a way, through use of commands, to allow me to view private whispering in the console? I had found some previous threads about the private whispering not showing up in console after 1.3.2. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Expect the Unexpected, Live the Way you Want to Live. Be Who You Want to Be. Don't Let Anyone Else Control Your Life.
If it's literally a vanilla server, you'll have to look at logs. If it's a Spigot/Bukkit type server vanilla style, you can use the plugin recommended above or If you already have Essentials, use /socialspy.
If you have an actual vanilla server, I'd recommend switching to Spigot. It can present the same vanilla experience to people (it doesn't have to be all modded out) but will give you much more power to administer the world.

Now why would someone want to violate their players' privacy like that? That's the whole point of a PRIVATE whisper.
I respect your point, but that is neither here nor there.
