Stop server. Make a new folder for the map right off the folder that has the server jar. Upload the old map files into the new folder. When I say files, I just mean the world files don't upload the old server's root folder with the jars and stuff. The folder you are uploading should have level.dat and data folder and stuff. Once that's uploaded, change server.properties level-name to the name of the folder. When you start the server, it should be on that map now.
If you want to keep old and new together, do all that except the part where you change server.properties. Then install MultiVerse and.. oh wait, I am not sure if MV is 1.9 compliant yet or not. Hmm. *shrug*
Hey, i recently started administrating a server and I'm having issues transferring my old map to the server I'm renting.
I believe the management system being used is cube coders.
