Hey, so i have wanted to create a minecraft server a while back and did but then i got a new router/modem. I went through the steps of port forwarding and have confirmed that my external ip address and port 25565 is open. I am able to join the server through local ip. But my friends arent able to can anyone help me as soon as possible!
Just the first three of the one your friends are connecting to.
Yes, they need hamachi but honestly it isn't a huge hassle, once it's all set up it's really smooth. Plus if you ever plan on playing other PC games that have servers similar to MC, you will need hamachi. It's pretty standard in the gaming community.

You should use Hamachi, it's a million times easier lol
Just curious, what are the first 3 digits of the IP you are using?
External or internal?
And dosent everyone have to have hamachi to join your server?
