So i currently own a server through apex. im currently on the best plan & such and i wanted to run a modded server just for a little while. When on purchase you had the option of what you wanted your server to run on, Snapshots, minecraft ver, forge, FTB, Technic, ATL. I clicked on forge, since I DO NOT WANT a modpack. Id rather install the current mods i have ready for my server. Problem is, is that its still trying to load a modpack and there is no option to have the forge .jar file. its impossible.
There is an option for Default and it leaves the .jar blank? Should i set the .jar to forge?
Also i have tired to type in the forge1710.jar but it instantly picked "BlightFall" modpack. That's not what i wanted. I wanted to upload the current mods that i have into the FTP & Configs [etc] and then set up a media fire so they can just download the mods and load forge & multiplayer & the server IP.
I dont know how to do this, im inexperienced with this sort of things. I've ran servers before but it was spigot & not modded.
Anyone, please do give me a tutorial of some sort?
[Edit: Its not like i have anything against the modpacks, its just they are missing some mods that we want to have installed. If its possible to add-on mods to a modpack would that work? im tired of the headache!]
