In your startup script or .bat file you need to add the java arguments to match your hardware and servers type as well as the ram you want your server to use just like you do in your minecraft client

That would depend on your hardware etc it is the same king of settings as your client but a little research will give you all the information you will need as every system is different we cant give you the information hence why we need to enter the args in the MC client not just servers

Looks like you still have not configured your server in your start up script and you have duplicate mods in your mod folder

according to your crash report you have not configured java in your start up script
so how can I do that?
