I recently created a modded server which uses forge, and as usual, like other modded servers I've hosted before, I just run the forge jar itself (which by default runs with this certain amt. of memory). This time, since this is a custom modpack which has so many mods, I needed more memory since it was getting immense lag. I knew I had to use a special command, so I copied the shell from another modpack on ATLauncher and modified it so that:
1. It uses the forge jar that was in my modpack's server's folder
2. It IS able to access that jar file (since before it couldn't and I watched a video that solved that problem)
Finally after that "unable to access forgestuff.jar" problem was solved, I was able to launch it. For some reason, it said the eula wasn't accepted, which it already was in that same folder, so I looked in all my files in Finder and found that the eula file it was talking about was in my home folder (Chris). I was puzzled but I accepted it anyways. It had downloaded all the files that download after you accept the eula in my home folder and uses those files!
Here is the code inside of the LaunchServer.command:

This is the original code (that says unable to access forgestuff.jar when I launch it)
Why doesn't it use the files of the folder that it's in?!
Btw, I had already played a little bit on the world of the server already
"Yer a wizard Harry!"
Bump
"Yer a wizard Harry!"
2nd bump
"Yer a wizard Harry!"
Nvm I solved it. I figured out how to change the directory using the cd command.
