To start off, let me begin by saying our server is just starting out. We may be inexperience with some stuff so if this is a simple problem, I apologize in advance.
We are planning on moving our locally hosted server to an server hosting. We use Multicraft.
After uploading all the necessary files and plugins, we finally decided to test out the server.
To our surprise, whenever I or anyone tries to join the server, it crashes instantly.
The admins are clueless as to the cause of the crash.
These logs are very inconclusive, but the errors on here appear to show that when a player joins, there is a plugin is trying to write to a flatfile SQL file, and is failing to do so, and in turn, crashing the server (shouldn't happen even if it fails to write). In either case, we'll definitely need more logs than what you currently have. A list of plugins would be useful too.
As far as I am aware, we had logblock and playtime plugins that use MySQL.
And when you said "shouldn't happen even if it fails to write", since the server still crashes could this be a problem on the side of the host or the server?
Also, we've removed some of the plugins (including log block and playtime) and haven't encountered any crashes so far. Will update if something comes up.

Watching Server is where the shuts down due to lag/being overloaded if you are able try to use MySQL instead of flat file for plugins like logbook etc if you are not already using them also try cutting down on your plugins or move to a more powerful hosting ie vps or dedicated

It can't be the host's fault, this is exclusively a plugin issue.
Again, will need logs and full list of plugins, since your originals are pretty hard to use to put together a complete solution with. The problem could be what I initially said, or it's just the server crashing from something else and the flatfile SQL storage is just moaning about not being able to write as the server dies.

Here is a log of the errors: http://pastebin.com/nwQJVGuJ
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

This might be a stupid question but is the pastebin link above not the crash report?Figured out what you meant haha
