Hello, theres a crash on my server. whenever i try to join using localhost it says downloading terrain for about 30 seconds then it says "Connection lost: Timed out" then the server crashes. There's no errors with plugins or anything.
[Server Watchdog/FATAL]: A single server tick took 60.00 seconds (should be max 0.05)
[14:58:49] [Server Watchdog/FATAL]: Considering it to be crashed, server will forcibly shutdown.

Go into your server properties and set max-tick-time to either 1000000000000000000 or -1. That way it will rarely crash. It's called Watchdog, which crashes the server if it's laggy, so another fix would be a better PC.

I have a gaming PC. So, i Finally got in by setting max tick time to -1 in server.properties but it keeps saying this in console

Those are debug messages appearing during lag spikes. I don't know why it would happen on a gaming optimized PC, but servers are PC intensive and require about 5-10GB RAM.

They dont really need that much, but it is true that you are having a bunch of Lag Spikes.

I tried allocating more RAM to the server but it says: Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for 2097152KB object heap
I don't know if i put the wrong code in the start.bat or what.

It means that you dont have enough RAM.
What plugins are you using?

Try running the server with a different world.
You can also try reducing the amount of plugins you have until the problem is fixed.
I've tried to download a premade factions spawn map a few times. this started when i changed the map i think.
I also took out half the plugins
try it with a newly generated world.
Are you running any cpu-intensive programs at the same time?
Nope,just Skype, Minecraft and the server
It's skipping a little less ticks with a fresh map. I did /tps and it says 17.27 tps and only 147 mb of available memory
ok It stopped. i'll be back on later and ill see if its been doing it
It still does the downloading terrain thing though

Hmm... Try a new, fresh server and see if this is still a problem. If it isn't, add stuff in slowly until the problem happens.
