So I've had to wipe my server a few times, trying to make an MMO-like server on KCauldron. Anyway, after about a week ago, the "/gamerule keepInventory true" command stopped working. It says it is set to true I type in "gamerule keepInventory" and it says = true, even in my server console. I have a list of mods and plugins but I don't know if any of them would change how keepInventory works, none of them are that kind of mod. Anyway if anyone has experienced this before or has a solution let me know. If I need to provide more info like all my current mods and plugins also let me know. I thought for a moment that WorldGuard was the issue but its sitting disabled till we finish building.
My plugins are WorldEdit, WorldGuard, LoginSecurity, and CloudTrade.
My mods are CyanosWonderfulWands, CustomNPC's, MagicCrusade + PlayerAPI, Battlegear2, Optifine, Backpack, Key and Code Lock, RoguelikeDungeons, Balkon's Weaponmod, XtraBlocks, Realistic World Generation (RWG), Rei's Minimap, and More Enchantments.
Temporarily resolved this by using Gravestone mod, but though that prevents players from instantly losing items, has nothing to do with the actual issue.
That's really irrelevant to the fact that the core gamerule is not working for me. I understand the items vanishing has to do with the gamerule being flagged as true and so it attempts to keepInventory but fails and all items vanish because the keepinventory prevents dropping of items on death.
Solved, when switching server versions, mainly Cauldron. Delete your entire jar folder and then start over. Otherwise you shall experience... glitches. The kind of which no one can really help you.

Well any help would be very appreciated.

Still a problem. Let me go over it again.
if I type "/gamerule keepInventory" it returns as true.
If I type "/gamerule keepInventory true" it returns as true
If I die, all of my items are removed. Not dropped. Removed.
I am not only unable to make keepInventory work, but the items are not even dropping on the ground when you die.
This occured at some point during a full server wipe, and it has not worked since.
DOES ANYONE have any idea what the heck is going? I checked all my config files and everything.

I'll try that, I don't remember exactly but it might of occurred when I change Cauldron version.
