The key here is the line "[Server] INFO Could not reserve enough space for object heap". It looks like you don't have enough memory to load the game in it's present state. Minecraft itself only occupies less than 256Meg of memory but as you add players, they accumulate stuff, build and so forth which adds to the memory consumption. Players moving apart across the MC map requires more chunks to be loaded. It is also possible that an error occurred while using things like world edit could have attached a humongous amount of attributes to a block or something that will crash the server as soon as that block tries to load. I have had that happen to me. The probability, though, I am guessing, is that you ordered your game with minimal memory allotted to it and your game has already outgrown it's memory with use.

Does your server provider provide you with a Multicraft game control panel? If not, how did you set up your game?
You can IM me on Skype or I monitor ts3.sleepyvalley.net with Teamspeak3.
