Hi, I've read several other issues online where servers are crashing immediately upon a player logging in and I seem to be experiencing this, as well. The server runs fine until I try to log in.
Try configuring your java args for your computer more in your start up script and try a fresh world bit difficult to see where the server is ticking out in the crash report
I've installed 3 versions of Java 64 bit. jre8_45, jre8_31, and jre8. The server immediately crashes whenever I connect while its ran with 64 bit Java. When I run the server with 32 bit Java jre8_45 it runs fine, the problem is i need to dedicate more than 1g of ram to the server. I've noticed there seems to be a trend where instant crashes are happening with the Core i5. Could this be an issue between the i5 and 64 bit java?
I am running them on the different versions with this batch:

Server is 100% vanilla
This is the log: http://pastebin.com/ytrj2UKs
This is the crash log: http://pastebin.com/T5dmCmVV
I'm launching the 1.8.3 server Jar with a batch reading: "java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar"
Any ideas? I seem to notice a few of the other issues like this rise on a Core i5, maybe a coincidence but I don't know.
None what so ever, 100% vanilla on server and on client

What do you mean by "Java args"? Are you referring to the lines in my start batch? or environment variables?

I am running them on the different versions with this batch:
"C:\Program Files\Java\jre8\bin\javaw.exe" -Xmx1G -Xms1G -jar minecraft_server.jar
And I change the directories to _45 and _31 to test.
