I have an issue with my 1.7.10 cauldron server. I'm trying to add Tinkers Construct to the server however when I check the server status, I noticed the whole console was frozen with this:
05.04 19:38:52 [Server] INFO [19:38:52 INFO]: Injected new block/item TConstruct:slime.channel: 1471 (init) -> 4084 (map).
05.04 19:38:52 [Server] INFO [19:38:52 INFO]: Injected new block/item TConstruct:fluid.molten.shiny: 1512 (init) -> 4083 (map).
05.04 19:38:52 [Server] INFO [19:38:52 INFO]: Injected new block/item ResonantInductionCore:mixtureCobalt: 2446 (init) -> 4082 (map).
05.04 19:38:52 [Server] INFO [19:38:52 INFO]: Injected new block/item TConstruct:MetalBlock: 1483 (init) -> 4081 (map).

My assumption is that I've reached the maximum number of block ids allowed in the world. The only thing that keeps me from believing this, is that when I performed an ID dump with NEI, I noticed that there where several IDs not being used up to 4082. For example, IDs located between 1782 & 1878 are not being used. I've included the ID dump file:

Why is Forge skipping these IDs?
How can I fix this issue (without starting a new world)?
