Hello. I recently set up a Minecraft server for my friends to play on. However, it seems like I am the only one who can connect to it. I was able to connect to it via a laptop tethered to my phone. I am also able to connect to other port-forwarded services like Nvidia remote gamestream on my tablet. I know it isn't a problem with port-forwarding.
Now, my friends gets this error.

If you know what the problem is, please help.
Thank you!
