Aside from your poor choice of language (aka n00b), I'm going to give you fair warning that you'll never find a solution to this kind of thing. Mojang abandoned Minecraft, Microsoft isn't debugging it, the community is a bunch of underage retards, and I've had a thread up about this same issue since 2.8.1 (aka 1.8.1) came out.

Hi! Im having this same issue with my server. But are you hosting a bukkit server? I can connect with localhost and my internal ip but nobody can connect with my external ip im sure this is the issue you are facing as well.
I'm trying to host a public minecraft server and no one can connect to it. I port forwarded TCP and UDP
I'm not a n00b. Please don't give me "Read how to portforward" or give me a link to a help site.
