EDIT: Solved. Shockbyte has an option to use Cauldron as the jar which is allowed to use more permgen space. Rename your jar to Cauldron1.7.10.jar and select that for your jar in the main control panel and you're set
Hello. Recently I purchased a 4096 MB server from Shockbyte and put up a custom 1.7.10 modpack for my friends and I. There are 97 mods on it running on forge build 1208 (the only version compatible with all the mods). It was going perfectly for about 3 days and was running with minimal to no lag. However yesterday it crashed with a PermGen Space error and has not been able to run with all the mods since. Normally I would be able to fix it however on multicraft (the control panel that Shockbyte uses) I do not have access to the server start file nor any other means of changing the amount of PermGen space used. Removing any 5 of the big mods used fixes the problem however this is not an option for me in the long run. If this had happened on the first time running the server I would have accepted that perhaps it is either my fault or I had not chosen a good enough amount of ram (though my home computer is able to run it just fine with the same amount), however it had been working for 3 days prior so I know that the server has the capability to run it. I changed nothing since putting it up the first time and have restarted once every night when it was working. I have included (hopefully) the latest server log with the PermGen error. Any ideas? I sent in a support ticket to Shockbyte a while ago and they STILL haven't responded so I'm afraid they may never respond. I would prefer an answer as soon as possible since my friends are counting on me to fix this. Thank you for your time.
